Swimming

 The endorphins produced from swimming give you a natural high – they trigger a positive feeling in the body and act as an analgesic, which diminishes the body’s perception of pain, swimming is like a stress reliever. We have partnered with an outside organization of Certified Swim Instructors and Lifeguards who will provide weekly swim lessons and water safety classes to our participants.

Yoga helps improve mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder, among others.

Martial Arts

Martial arts enhances not only enhance your physical health but your mental health too. Reducing stress and anxiety and mindfulness.
