Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life. Counselings is a process through which clients work with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring and confidential environment. In person and Telehealth sessions are offered.

These groups will incorporate POWER-Solving which is a social skills curriculum for teaching children and adults critical social-emotional skills they need for life. These groups will give people an opportunity to fully learn critical social skills. Social Emotional Learning is how children and adults learn to understand and manage emotions, set goals, show empathy for others, establish positive relationships, and make responsible decisions. This group works with those who are committed to improving policies for better outcome. Our support groups focus focus on a variety of topics.
